Call for Abstracts closes on October 15 (Sun.)
General Abstract (Oral Presentation) Application Guidelines
Abstracts should be prepared in Word format according to the following instructions.
- The name of the file should be saved as "docx" with the first and last names written in Roman. Example: KawagoeTaro.docx
- If there is more than one presenter or co-presenter, please number them at the right shoulder.
- Please write the abstract text (250 words or less) entirely in English.
- Do not use abbreviations in the title of the abstract (they may be used in the main text), and keep the abstract as concise as possible.
- The body of the abstract should briefly state the purpose, subject, methods, results, and discussion/conclusion.
How to submit an abstract
Please submit your contact information using the abstract submission form below (Google Form).
Upload your abstract prepared in accordance with the submission guidelines above to the Dropbox that will be provided to you after registration.
If you do not receive an email receipt after submitting your abstract, please contact the Management Office below.
